Duane Ward - Coordinator/ Lead Pitching Instructor

Duane had 10 seasons of Major League baseball where all but one year was with the Toronto Blue Jays, the other was with the Atlanta Braves. Primarily a reliever his whole career Duane added strength and durability to an already solid Toronto Blue Jay bullpen. His career was shortened due to injuries, but Duane still compiled a career 3.28 ERA, pitching in over 450 Games, achieving 121 saves. Still, he is among the leaders on the Blue Jay's all-time list in several pitching categories.

* Two Time Toronto BBWAA Pitcher of the Year 1991 & 1993.
* Baseball America All-Star Team - 1993.
* American League All-Star Team - 1993.

Duane is also one of several Blue Jays to have had the honor of playing on back to back World Championship Teams in 1992 & 1993. |

Lloyd Moseby - Lead Hiting/Fielding Instructor

A Major League vetern of 12 years. An outstanding center fielder for the Toronto Blue Jays during the 1980's, Lloyd always brought with him a great bat that utilized the whole field, a sure glove and great range in the outfield. His impressive career ended with a batting average of .257, 1494 hits, 737 R.B.I.'s, 280 stolen bases and playing in over 1,500 games. Playing all but two years with the Toronto Blue Jays, he is still on their all-time list in Games, At-Bats, Runs, Hits and more.

Mark Eichhorn - Lead Pitching Instructor

Mark had an outstanding 11 seasons at the Major League level. He was one of the most durable relievers, giving every team's bullpen he played for depth and stability. Compiling a career 3.00 ERA and pitching in over 550 games. He is also still on the Blue Jays all time list in a few categories for his accomplishments, ERA and Games. Mark played for four organizations the Atlanta Braves, Baltimore Orioles, California Angeles and Toronto Blue Jays.

* Toronto BBWAA Pitcher of the Year - 1986.
* Sporting News American League Rookie Pitcher of the Year - 1986.
Mark played on both of Toronto's World Champion teams in 1992 & 1993, he is still passing on his knowledge and experience of baseball to others.

Candy Maldonado - Lead Hitting/Fielding Instructor

A 15 year veteran of the Major Leagues, he was always noted for his solid bat, defense and accurate arm. Candy finished his career with a .254 batting average, compiling over a 1000 hits and 600 R.B.I.'s. During his playing career he played for seven different teams where he always brought his experience and leadership.

Candy also had the honor of playing in two different Wold Series, one with the San Francisco Giants in 1989, and the other with the Toronto Blue Jays in 1992, here becoming a World Champion. He now does work for ESPN/Deportes calling games on Sunday Night Baseball. |

Jesse Barfield - Lead Hitting/Fielding Instructor

A 12 year veteran of Major League baseball, Jesse was part of the best outfield in baseball while playing for the Toronto Blue Jays in the 1980's. One of the best outfielders in the game with a great arm, defense was his specialty, ending his career with a .980 fielding percentage and 162 outfield assists. With defense aside: Jesse's offense was just as solid, compiling as career .256 batting average, 716 RBI's & 214 homeruns. His numbers are still on the Toronto Blue Jays all-time list. In 1986, his best season, he led the American League in homeruns with 40 and was 5th in RBI's at 108.

Danny Cox - Lead Pitching Instructor

With 11 years of Major League experience, Danny played with four diffent organizations. He signed as a Free Agent in 1992 with the Toronto Blue Jays. Pitching primarily out of the bullpen as a Middle and Set-Up man, his strength and knowledge gave more depth to the Toronto Bullpen. Starting his career with the St. Louis Cardinals, he gained loads of Post-Season experience in that organazation, but became a World Champion in 1993 with the Toronto Blue Jays. Appearing in more than 275 games and pitching 1300 Innings, Danny set a career high in Wins, 18 in 1985 and compiled an E.R.A. of 3.64. A starting pitcher for the first part of his career then turned Reliever, this giving Danny even more insight as to what it takes to become a Big League pitcher.

Rance Mulliniks - Lead Hitting/Fielding Instructor

Rance, a veteran of 16 Major League seasons. He first got his start at the Major League level as a shortstop, but soon after was converted to be a third basemen. This is where he played most of his Major League games. Always willing to talk about the intricacies of baseball, he was known as a very accomplished hitter and fielder; he ended his career with a .272 batting avg., over 200 doubles and a career fielding percentage of .961. In 1984 he had a career high .324 B.A. Over his career he played for three different organazations.

* Kansas City Royals.
* Toronto Blue Jays.
Rance also had the opportunity to play in three different Post Seasons, 1985, 1989 & 1991 and was also part of the 1992 World Series Championship team. He now coaches at the collegiate level in California and does Television Commentating for the Toronto Blue Jays. With his schedule and availability, Rance is a great asset to our Coaching Staff. |

Nigel Wilson - Guest Lead Hitting/Fielding Instructor

Played 3 Seasons at the Major League level with four different teams: Toronto Blue Jays, Cleveland Indians, Cincinnati Reds and Florida Marlins. Nigel also got the opportunity to play in one post season with the Cleveland Indians in 1996. After those three years; Nigel played 7 seasons in the Japan Professional Baseball League. Flourishing in Japan, he was a three time Japanese All-Star; 1997, 1998 & 2000. In that 2000 season, Nigel not only was an All-Star he was the Japanese Home Run Champion. Returning back home to Canada, he now teaches and instructs many of the young baseball players of Eastern Ontario. |

Paul Spoljaric - Guest Lead Pitching Instructor

Paul, Canadian born, came up through the Toronto Blue Jay's organazation and played the better part of 6 professional seasons at the Major League level. Starting with the Jays and then with three other teams; Seattle Mariners, Philadelphia Phillies and Kansas City Royals. Paul had the opportunity to pitch in one post season with the Seattle Mariners in the 1997 ALCS. Primarily a reliever, this left hander made appearances in 195 Major League Games. A nice asset being a lefty, he will add another dimension to our staff. Still living in Toronto, he is an owner of this own business, but still stays active in baseball teaching and educating young baseball players from all over Toronto and the surrounding areas. |

| Coaches are rotated between the various Clinics. Not all Coaches will attend any one specific Clinic. Coach selection depends upon schedules, Clinic attendance and the Training program initiated at each specific Clinic. |
